Dining at the Del Mar Country Club is an experience of culinary delights and ambience. World-class chef Tommy DiMella prides himself on serving innovative cuisine that is not only beautifully prepared, but also sustainably harvested.
Much of our fresh, natural produce is grown in our own organic garden and served with mouth-watering steaks, free range poultry and dairy; and fresh, wild-caught seafood. Members and their guests can live well and eat well at the Club.
“Boone’s Bar and Grill” has a special family style dinner menu in the wintertime and barbecues on the terrace in the summertime.
The “19th Hole” offers casual dining with views of the surrounding gardens and landscape.
Our organic garden boasts a bevy of fresh herbs, vegetables and flowers to delight the senses.
